Looking for a dynamic role where you don’t have to be behind a desk all day? Dive into a role where plants and people thrive! Interiorscapes, an interior plant services company, is hiring a Plantscape Installer. This position lets you grow horticulture skills, customer relationships, brighten workspaces all while being physically active.
Responsibilities:
- Install plants and containers on new commercial accounts
- Tradeout existing plant material (approximately 24 plants per day on average)
- Maintain customer relationships at each account, resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Communicate daily via email and texts with office and teammates
- Complete daily paperwork
- Perform work safely and deliver service that is consistent with Interiorscapes mission
- Must be able to work effectively with a team, sharing responsibilities and coordinating tasks
- Able to be flexible with schedules to meet customer’s needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Clean driving record, company vehicle provided
- Comfortability driving distances and in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and work on feet all day
- Ability to perform work on ladders as needed
- Background checks & drug screening as required by client sites
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A desire to have a green thumb!
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday thru Friday
Salary: $18 – $20 per hour
